Shipping & Delivery

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders within 24-48 hours.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by e-package, which is a Chinese EMS product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 days.

Please be advised that given the busy holiday and shopping season our delivery service providers are facing a significant increase in a number of shipments, and therefore the small percentage of orders can be delayed. Most of our customers are receiving their orders on time though.

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@rabbitparadise.com.
